Call Center Representative

We're hiring a friendly, dependable Call Center Representative for our New York office. This is a full-time, on-site position. As our Call Center Representative, you'll handle inbound and outbound calls, answer customer questions, resolve concerns, and keep every interaction positive and professional.

What you'll do as a Call Center Representative

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Answer questions and resolve concerns quickly and professionally
• Accurately log calls, update customer records, and process requests
• Follow call scripts, procedures, and privacy guidelines
• Escalate complex issues to the right team when needed

What we're looking for

• Clear, confident phone manner and strong communication skills
• Comfortable using computers and learning call center systems
• Patient, calm under pressure, and detail-oriented
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Call Center Representative or customer service experience is a plus, but paid training is provided

Schedule

Full-time, on-site in New York, NY. Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts available; weekend availability may be required. Schedules posted in advance.
