A Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the frontline agent who handles incoming and outgoing communications to support clients. The core duties involve answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and updating user accounts

Responsibilities

• Answering Inquiries: Respond to user questions regarding product details, company policies, and service guidelines via phone calls, live chat, email, or social media.
• Resolving Issues: Troubleshoot user problems and fix complaints to achieve a first-contact resolution.
• Processing Transactions: Handle customer orders, refunds, cancellations, and billing updates.
• Logging Information: Document every conversation, request, and note accurately inside a CRM or ticketing platform.

Job Requirements

• College Graduate with least 6 months of call center experience
• Amenable to report on site
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
