Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and efficient Call Center Representative to join our growing team. The role involves handling customer calls, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls and address their needs.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Resolve customer issues or escalate complex problems.
• Document call details and follow up as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Schedule:

• 7am-5pm or 8am-6pm

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use call center software.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
