Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and sales-focused Call Center Representative to communicate with prospective and existing customers, identify their needs, and promote relevant products and services. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy communicating with people, building relationships, and working toward measurable sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective and existing customers by phone.
• Present products and services clearly and professionally.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Generate and qualify sales opportunities through customer conversations.
• Follow up with leads and prospective customers to support sales growth.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales opportunities.
• Work toward individual and team sales performance goals.
• Provide a professional and positive customer experience.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers by phone.
• Goal-oriented and motivated by performance.
• Strong listening, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
• Previous experience in sales, call center, customer service, retail, or telemarketing is a plus but not required.
