Duties

Promote sales opportunities by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products or services

Manage client communication via email or chat platforms, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of issues

Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster trust and satisfaction among clients

Experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills for data entry and documentation

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
