Call Center Representative

As a Call Center Representative, you’ll be trusted to take ownership of customer conversations from the first hello to the final solution. You’ll listen, ask the right questions, provide accurate information, and make sure customers know what happens next.

Your Role on the Team

• Connect with customers through inbound calls and understand what they need
• Take ownership of questions and work toward practical solutions
• Explain services, account details, and next steps in a clear way
• Help customers navigate common issues without unnecessary transfers
• Recognize when a request needs additional support and route it appropriately
• Record important details so the next interaction is seamless
• Follow up on requests that require additional action
• Create a helpful, professional experience with every conversation

The Opportunity

• $18–$25 per hour, depending on experience
