Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Make outbound calls as needed to follow up on customer inquiries and service requests

• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in company systems

Requirements:

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous call center, customer service, administrative, or related experience is a plus but not required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and active listening abilities
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and data entry systems
