Call Center Representative – Bath Remodeling Company

Join our thriving bath remodeling company as a Call Center Representative! You’ll play a key role in connecting with homeowners, setting qualified appointments, and helping families take the first step toward transforming their bathrooms.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and respond to homeowner inquiries
• Set qualified appointments for our design & remodeling specialists
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate CRM records
• Clearly communicate promotions, offers, and service details
• Meet performance goals for calls, appointments, and conversions

Requirements:

• Excellent communication & people skills
• Motivated by bonuses and performance pay
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Call center, telemarketing, or sales experience a plus (but not required)
