We’re looking for a Call Center Representative to support customers by phone and help make sure their questions and requests are handled clearly and efficiently.

You’ll communicate with different customers throughout the day, provide information, update records, and help resolve routine enquiries. The role is structured but can be varied, making it a good fit for someone who enjoys speaking with people and staying organized.

What You’ll Be Doing

Customer Support

• Answer incoming customer calls and respond to enquiries
• Listen to customer needs and provide relevant information
• Explain services, processes, or account information clearly
• Follow up on customer requests when required
• Help resolve straightforward customer issues
• Escalate enquiries to the appropriate team when additional support is needed

Records & Administration

• Update customer information accurately
• Record details of calls and customer requests
• Check account information and available records
• Process routine forms and administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate and organized customer information
• Follow established procedures for different client accounts

Working With the Team

• Communicate with internal teams regarding customer requests
• Stay up to date with account information and procedures
• Manage multiple enquiries throughout the working day
• Maintain a professional and helpful approach when communicating with customers

What You’ll Bring

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, reception, administration, sales support, or other customer-facing roles can provide relevant skills for this position.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Communicates clearly and professionally
• Listens carefully and understands customer needs
• Is comfortable using computers and basic workplace systems
• Pays attention to detail when recording information
• Can manage routine tasks and customer enquiries independently
• Can remain professional when dealing with different customer situations

Training will be provided on our systems, processes, and client accounts.

Monday to Friday

The position is full-time and office-based in Austin, TX. You’ll work alongside the wider customer support team and have access to the information and systems needed to handle customer enquiries.

Hours: 9:00am–5:30pm
Schedule: Monday–Friday
