Qualifications

Strong communication skills in English

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills for data entry and analysis.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated phone etiquette, active listening skills, and problem-solving capabilities to address customer concerns effectively.

Experience with outbound calling campaigns or sales initiatives is a plus.

Ability to handle cash transactions accurately when required; attention to detail is essential.

Pay: $23.90 - $28.79 per hour
