Responsibilities

Assist clients by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing detailed product or service information

Support sales efforts by promoting products or services tailored to customer needs and upselling when appropriate

Manage client communication through email or chat platforms, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution

Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, active listening, and effective communication skills to enhance customer experience

Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and deliver seamless client support

Experience

Strong communication skills in English

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel for documentation purposes

Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Technical proficiency with computer systems, data entry, and phone communication tools

Experience with sales techniques, customer service problem-solving, and client communication strategies is advantageous

Ability to handle cash transactions or related tasks is a bonus but not mandatory
