About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team in Miami, FL and support daily customer communications and event-related inquiries. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for answering incoming calls, assisting customers with questions and requests, documenting interactions, and helping ensure a positive and professional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide accurate information regarding services, events, schedules, and general customer requests
• Assist customers with questions, concerns, and service-related issues
• Document customer interactions, requests, and resolutions accurately
• Direct calls and inquiries to the appropriate team members when necessary
• Follow up on customer requests to help ensure timely resolution

Requirements:

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Previous call center, receptionist, or customer service experience is a plus but not required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
