Duties

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and account details to clients in multiple languages as needed
• Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and technical issues using excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
• Document all interactions accurately using data entry and computer skills within our CRM system
• Follow up with clients to ensure resolution of issues and satisfaction with service provided
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in a call center or customer support role is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel for documentation purposes
• Excellent phone etiquette, active listening skills, and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly
• Technical proficiency with computer systems, data entry, and CRM software
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to perform high-quality customer service while solving problems promptly and professionally
• Basic cash handling experience is advantageous for certain client interactions

Pay: $24.89 - $29.97 per hour
