You will often be the very first person a patient interacts with, whether that is by phone, text, or email. What You'll Do

As a Call Center Representative, you will:

• Answer incoming calls with warmth, professionalism, and a smile in your voice
• Schedule initial consultations for new patients
• Schedule and reschedule appointments for current patients
• Respond to patient texts, emails, and other correspondence
• Help patients with questions and concerns throughout their treatment
• Take payments and assist with collections
• Work recall and active-patient-without-appointment reports
• Help keep our schedules full by filling cancellations and openings
• Maintain and work the cancellation list
• Complete daily and monthly reports
• Communicate with dentists, specialists, and other members of the team
• Assist with opening and closing responsibilities as assigned
• Work closely with the front desk when additional support is needed

You don't have to know everything about orthodontics when you walk through the door. What matters most is your attitude, your willingness to learn, and your ability to make every patient feel like they matter.

Training

You won't be expected to figure everything out on your own. Training will be provided, including step-by-step instruction on our scheduling processes and responsibilities. Your Lead will work closely with you throughout your training period.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
