Job requirements

Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, Dentistry, Physical Therapy, or another healthcare-related field or medical insurance background.

2 years experience in Call center in medical insurance.

Fluent English.

Job responsibilities

Call center representative for one of the TPA in UAE medical insurance background is a must.

Address customer inquiries professionally, providing accurate information and ensuring a high level of service.

Escalate discrepancies in network issues to the relevant departments for resolution.

Handle customer service requests efficiently, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company guidelines.

Provide first-level technical and functional support for the company's website and mobile applications.

Guide customers toward digital self-service solutions, including our website and mobile app, to enhance user experience.

Manage customer complaints effectively within defined authority limits, escalating complex cases when necessary.

Continuously stay updated on company policies, services, and procedures to provide the most accurate support.

Perform light back-office tasks, including complaint follow-ups and documentation.

Ensure confidentiality and data security in handling customer information.

Maintain punctuality and adherence to assigned shift schedules.

Manage high call volumes and peak demand periods while maintaining.

Pay: E£13,000.00 - E£20,000.00 per month
