In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting with shipping inquiries, tracking requests, and providing accurate information to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide shipment tracking updates and resolve basic delivery-related concerns.
• Create, update, and manage service tickets with accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and operations teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Requirements:
