Call Center Representative

Looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. The selected candidate will communicate with clients, respond to inquiries, provide accurate information about our services, and help resolve customer concerns professionally.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, and other approved communication channels.
• Provide accurate information about Versel Tech's products and services.
• Understand customer requirements and communicate them clearly to the relevant team.
• Handle customer concerns and assist with resolving issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Follow company communication and customer service procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams when customer issues require additional support.
• Maintain professional and respectful communication with customers.
• Follow up on pending customer requests when required.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Good problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Pay: Rs50,682.14 - Rs90,348.64 per month
