Call Center Representative

Job summary

We are looking for Cold Calling Representatives to join our team. Your main responsibility will be to speak with leads over the phone, engage them in conversation, ask the required questions, and prequalify interested leads based on the provided criteria. We will provide the necessary training, script, and guidance to help you perform the role effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to assigned leads.
• Speak professionally and confidently with leads.
• Ask questions to understand and determine their needs.
• Prequalify leads based on the required criteria.
• Provide accurate information about the service or product when required.
• Transfer or submit qualified leads for the next stage.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, sales, customer service, or a call centre is an advantage, but strong candidates without experience may also be considered.
• Excellent spoken English.
• Proven years of experience
• Clear, confident, and natural communication skills.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to confidently engage people over the phone.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Strong willingness to learn and improve.
• Ability to work with targets and performance-based KPIs.
• Basic computer literacy.

Remuneration: NGN 250,000 Monthly
