Call Center Representative

Lakeside Pediatrics, a leading provider in children’s healthcare services in Lakeland and surrounding communities, is looking for a Call Center Representative. Our call center team plays a vital role as the first point of contact, ensuring patients receive the information and assistance they need in a friendly and professional manner.

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Call Center Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for answering large volumes of inbound & outbound calls, scheduling appointments, providing information, and coordinating with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient experience. Strong listening skills, communication skills, and attention to detail are a must. Bilingual required. EEOE & DFWP

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer high-volume inbound calls in a courteous and professional manner
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments following office protocols
• Provide accurate information regarding services, policies, and procedures
• Document patient interactions in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
• Verify and update patient information, including insurance details
• Handle patient concerns or route calls to the appropriate department
• Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Rotating Weekends)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.44 - $19.41 per hour
