Job Responsibilities: ● Conduct high-volume outbound calls to engage with insurance agents. ● Follow a structured call script to effectively communicate company offerings. ● Update and maintain accurate records of agent interactions. ● Gather and verify updated agent information in our database. ● Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for agents. ● Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance goals. Requirements: ● Must live locally in the Lansing, MI area (this is an in-office position). ● High school diploma or equivalent required. ● 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a call center environment preferred. ● Strong communication skills, with the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. ● Basic computer proficiency, including MS Word, MS Excel, and internet navigation. ● Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset. ● Ability to make independent decisions while maintaining professionalism. ● Flexible work schedule to accommodate business needs.
