Call Center Representative

Our phones stay busy, and we are looking for another person who enjoys talking with people. As a Call Center Representative, you will answer incoming calls, find out what each person needs, and help them leave the conversation knowing what happens next.

We will train you on our systems, common questions, and how to handle calls that need help from another team member. What matters most is that you listen well, speak clearly, and follow through.

What you will do

• Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional way
• Ask questions to understand each caller’s request
• Provide accurate information or connect the caller with the right colleague
• Keep clear notes so the team can follow up without asking someone to repeat their story
• Make follow-up calls when an update has been promised
• Work with your teammates when a question needs a second opinion

What helps on the phone

You are patient with people, comfortable learning a computer system, and able to stay organized when calls come in quickly. Experience speaking with customers is welcome, but we are also interested in applicants looking for their first phone-based role.
