Call Center Representative

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative located in Lahore. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing customer calls, providing product/service information, resolving customer queries, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English (Both Conversational and Writing) is mandatory requirement
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications
• Previous experience in B2B Sales role is a plus
• Qualifications: Preferably Intermediate, High School or Graduate
• Able to work night shifts as per US Eastern Time Zone
