Call Center Representative

*Max pay is $20/hr.

*Must be already located in California and Authorized to work in the US as our W2 employee.

*Must have at least 2 years of customer experience. Healthcare call center experience is a plus.

*This is an hourly paid position (no PTO), 40 hours per week.

*Begins as a contract role, goes through March 2027, potential to extend or convert to permanent.

Duties

• Handle inbound calls, resolve member issues of all types (RX, PCP, Benefits, Eligibility)
• Provide outstanding customer support.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Maintain a positive attitude while managing challenging situations or complaints.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all interactions.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a background check, drug testing, education and employment verification.
• Start date is November 23rd (The first 6 weeks are paid training, 100% attendance is required during training, no exceptions).
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have strong internet connection (other equipment is provided) and ethernet cord.
• Computer literacy is required, must be skilled in Microsoft office and be able to learn new technology
• 2 years minimum proven experience in a customer service role.
• Good attitude, strong phone etiquette and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to provide high-quality client services while maintaining professionalism.
• Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
