Call Center Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate qualified leads.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information regarding loan products.
• Explain loan-related products, processes, and basic eligibility requirements clearly.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
• Maintain accurate customer information and call records.
• Achieve assigned monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach during all interactions.

Eligibility & Skills

• Previous telecalling experience is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of banking and loan products.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
