Call Center Representative

📌 Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to assigned clinics and healthcare facilities.
• Identify and engage key decision-makers within healthcare facilities.
• Determine the current claims provider or platform being used by prospective clients.
• Identify client needs, pain points, and objections to effectively position the platform.
• Qualify interested prospects and assess their readiness for the next stage of the sales process.
• Generate additional leads through research, prospecting, and outbound outreach.
• Conduct follow-up calls to nurture prospects and maintain engagement.
• Schedule product presentations and demonstrations with the internal sales team.
• Endorse qualified sales opportunities to the internal sales team for further engagement.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect status, sales activities, and customer interactions.
• Conduct product demonstrations using the provided client training materials, as needed.

🚨 STRICT QUALIFICATIONS (Please apply only if you meet ALL the requirements):

✔ Graduate of any Business- or Science-related course .

✔ 1–3 years of experience in telemarketing, customer service, inside sales, or retail sales .

✔ Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.

✔ Comfortable handling outbound sales calls and achieving sales targets.

✔ Willing to work onsite in Pasig City.

✔ Flexible and willing to render overtime (OT) when necessary.
