Call Center Representative

Capalbo's Gift Baskets is looking for Seasonal help from November 16th through December 24th in our fast-paced Order Entry Department. We offer a casual work environment. PLEASE READ, training will be during the day Monday Nov 16th, Tuesday Nov 17th, Wednesday Nov 18th and Thursday Nov 19th from 10:00am – 3:00pm Thursday. If you are currently working and can't make all training days, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY. General Qualifications & Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills required.

Previous customer service inbound order entry experience in a call center environment required.

Accurate spelling and problem solving

Excellent PC Skills

We offer for the Season:

P/T Employment from November 16th through November 30th (around 20-30 hours per week)

F/T Employment from December 1st through December 24th (40 hours and overtime is available)

Competitive Wages - $16.00 - $16.50

PLEASE READ - PLEASE READ - TRAINING WILL BEGIN ON NOV 16TH (SEE ABOVE FOR TRAINING HOURS). THIS JOB IS PART-TIME WITH 20-30 HOURS PER WEEK IN NOVEMBER AND FROM DECEMBER 1ST - DECEMBER 24TH, THE JOB IS FULL-TIME WITH 40 HOURS PER WEEK AND OVERTIME IF WANTED/NEEDED. STARTING DECEMBER 1ST, WE ARE OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK FROM 8AM TO 8PM MONDAY - FRIDAY AND 9AM - 4PM SATURDAY & SUNDAY. WE OFFER FLEXIBILITY WITH WEEKENDS IN DECEMBER. YOU MAY BE REQUIRED TO WORK A WEEKEND DAY EACH WEEK, IF NEEDED IN DECEMBER ONLY. YOU MAY BE REQUIRED TO WORK THE LATE SHIFT FROM 10:30AM – 7:00PM OR 11:30AM – 8:00PM IN DECEMBER. WHEN YOU APPLY, PLEASE INDICATE IF YOU ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR EITHER OF THOSE SHIFTS.
