Duties

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, clarity, and a friendly attitude to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, or service requests
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, or technical issues using excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Document customer interactions thoroughly using data entry and computer skills in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
• Follow up with clients via email or phone to ensure issues are resolved promptly and effectively
• Support sales initiatives by identifying customer needs and promoting relevant products or services
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to improve service quality

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a call center environment or customer support role is preferred
• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client bases effectively
• Strong communication skills in English; additional language proficiency (bilingual) is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel for documentation purposes
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
• Technical proficiency with computer systems, data entry, and phone communication tools
• Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Experience with outbound calling campaigns or sales is advantageous
• Ability to type quickly and accurately while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures is beneficial for roles involving financial transactions

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
