Call Center Representative

Responsibilities:

Manage large amount of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.

Identify patient's needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions.

Build sustainable relationships and engage patients by taking the extra mile.

Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Experience in the medical field and experience with an EMR system a plus.

Qualifications:

Prior experience as a Call Center Representative or similar customer service role.

Basic knowledge and understanding of healthcare and medical terminology.

Proficiency in English and multi-language skills is a plus.

Strong phone and verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.

Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately.

High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree from a medical or health-related field will be a plus.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
