Job description:

The person in this position is responsible for answering phones, directing calls to the appropriate person, faxing reports to referring physicians, fax process, and all other office support.

• • High-Volume Communication: Manage a high-volume environment by efficiently handling 100+ inbound calls daily with a focus on patient care and accuracy.
  • Operational Multitasking: Effectively multitask by processing incoming faxes and managing documentation in the intervals between patient calls.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Maintain exceptional interpersonal skills and a professional personality while delivering compassionate and reliable patient support.
  • Continuous Learning: Demonstrate a daily commitment to being engaged and proactive in learning new skills within a fast-paced medical setting.
  • Process Improvement: Actively identify opportunities for efficiency and participate in value stream and company continuous improvement activities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Navigate complex, multi-platform operational systems across dual-monitor workstations to manage multiple computer programs simultaneously.Benefits:
