HIRING FOR Business Development Representative (BDR)

Fast paced customer care center seeking dedicated team members to support our customers' service needs for all 15 of our dealerships. BDR responsibilities include taking incoming phone calls, texts, and emails; setting appointments for service customers; outbound calls confirming set appointments; contacting special-order parts customers; making service due- and reminder contacts, and much more!!

A positive attitude, problem-solving abilities, kindness, working well with others, excellent customer service, and patience are a must!

Salary: Starting at $14.00 per hour plus multiple bonus levels
