Call Center Representative

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is looking to hire a Call Center in South Jordan, UT .

Pay Rate Range: $20–$22/hour W2, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming phone calls regarding customer service inquiries and account-related questions.
• Respond to customer inquiries with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
• Consistently meet established department performance metrics and service-level expectations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow established procedures and workflows when addressing customer inquiries.
• Escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Manage multiple customer interactions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience; internships may be considered.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience or an internship in banking, financial services, or customer support is highly preferred.
• Previous contact center experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong customer-service orientation and the ability to maintain professionalism during customer interactions.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to meet established performance metrics and deadlines.
• Contract duration of 6–12 months, with potential for permanent conversion based on performance and position availability.
