Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with US customers
• Answer queries and offer clear solutions
• Meet daily and weekly targets
• Update call notes in the CRM
• Follow quality and compliance guidelines

Requirements

• Graduate or 12th pass
• Excellent spoken English
• Comfortable with night shifts
• Basic computer skills
• Positive, target-driven attitude
