Job Summary Hitek Trainings is looking for an energetic, confident, and dedicated Female Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our office-based team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for our students, handling inquiries, providing information regarding our training programs, and delivering exceptional customer support, managing admissions.
Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer queries via phone calls, emails, and walk-ins in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide clear, accurate, and detailed information about Hitek Trainings' courses and services.
• Guide prospective students and clients through the enrollment or inquiry process.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback in the system.
• Follow up with potential leads to convert inquiries into student registrations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Gender: Female candidates only.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polite, professional, and convincing phone manner.
• Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy (proficiency in MS Office, email handling, and web browsing).
• Experience: Prior experience in customer service, telemarketing, or a similar role is preferred, though fresh and confident candidates are also welcome to apply.
