Call Center Representative (Night Shift)

About the role

We are looking for customer-focused and detail-oriented individuals to support our insurance audit operations. This role involves communicating with policyholders and insurance agents through phone calls and email to collect required documents, follow up on outstanding requirements, and ensure accurate and timely processing of insurance audits.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and send emails to policyholders and agents to request required audit documents.
• Explain documentation requirements and assist customers with the submission process.
• Follow up on missing or incomplete records to meet established deadlines.
• Review, upload, and organize documents in designated systems.
• Update customer interactions, audit statuses, and progress notes accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure audits are ready for the next stage of processing.
• Deliver professional customer service while meeting established quality and productivity targets.

About you

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in a call center, customer service, or BPO environment is preferred.
• Experience handling voice accounts, outbound calls, or customer follow-ups is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Willingness to handle both phone-based customer interactions and administrative tasks.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
