Job Description

We are hiring Call Center Representatives to assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and account-related requests through phone, chat, or email.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information
• Resolve customer concerns professionally
• Provide excellent customer service
• Document customer interactions
• Escalate complex concerns when needed
• Meet quality and customer satisfaction goals

Qualifications

• No BPO experience required
• College graduates and fresh graduates are welcome
• High School and Senior High School graduates may also apply
• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Customer-focused and willing to learn
• Able to multitask
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
• Amenable to shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay: Php14,829.50 - Php25,999.95 per month
