Job Description

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents. No prior call center experience is required. Full training will be provided to successful candidates.

As a Call Center Agent, you will assist customers with their questions, provide accurate information, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• No call center experience required.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays when required.
• Customer-service oriented and willing to learn.
• Must be reliable, responsible, and able to work well with a team.
