aSpear Consulting is looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our growing team as a Call Center Sales Representative. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with people, works well in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build valuable communication, customer service, and sales skills.

No extensive industry experience is required. We’re looking for individuals who are coachable, confident, competitive, and ready to learn. Our team provides hands-on training to help you understand our services, communicate effectively with clients, and grow within the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Speak with prospective and existing clients by phone
• Learn client needs and help identify appropriate solutions
• Explain available services clearly and professionally
• Follow up with clients and maintain strong communication
• Build positive relationships throughout the client process
• Work alongside team members to achieve individual and team goals
• Participate in ongoing training and development

This is an in-office position in Tampa, FL.
