Call Center Sales Representative

We are hiring motivated and energetic Call Center Sales Representatives to join our in-person team in Pompano Beach.

In this role, you will speak with potential customers, introduce our offers, build interest, qualify the customer, and transfer interested callers to a sales closer. You are not responsible for closing the final sale.

No previous call-center experience is required. We provide hands-on training for applicants who are confident, coachable, dependable, and comfortable speaking with customers by phone.

Responsibilities

• Speak with potential customers by phone
• Introduce available products and services
• Follow a proven script and sales process
• Ask qualifying questions and identify customer interest
• Build rapport and maintain an upbeat, professional tone
• Transfer qualified and interested callers to a sales closer
• Accurately document call results
• Meet individual and team call-transfer goals

Qualifications

• Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Positive, persuasive, and energetic personality
• Coachable and willing to follow a script
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced call-center environment
• Basic computer and data-entry skills
• Sales, customer service, hospitality, or call-center experience is a plus, but not required

• Compensation: Hourly or commission draw, with performance-based earning potential
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
