We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall beds, garage cabinetry, and more. We are looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for providing superior customer service.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Call Center Supervisor to oversee daily office operations and ensure a seamless experience for both customers and our team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate designers’ appointment calendars and schedule follow-ups in our CRM.
• Coordinate administrative functions and support sales, production, and installation teams.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
• Greet visitors and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Manage customer inquiries and provide timely, solution-oriented responses.
• Assist with paperwork, data entry, and maintaining office records.
• Train and supervise call center staff as needed.

Requirements

• We are looking for candidates with strong organizational skills.
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude with a professional demeanor.
• Proficient in computer applications and Microsoft Office software.
• Skilled in coaching front desk staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Supervisory experience. Minimum of 1 - 2 years.
