Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Team Lead – Local Campaign to lead and motivate our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, achieving sales targets, coaching team members, and ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve daily and monthly targets.
• Monitor team performance, call quality, and productivity through regular evaluations.
• Provide coaching, training, and constructive feedback to improve individual and team performance.
• Conduct daily briefings, performance reviews, and team meetings.
• Develop strategies to improve conversion rates and overall campaign performance.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and support the team in resolving complex issues.
• Coordinate with management to implement process improvements and achieve business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and campaign guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a call center, including 1+ year in a Team Lead or Supervisor role.
• Proven experience managing a local sales campaign .
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to perform under pressure.
