About the role

H.M.O. INTERNATIONAL RECRUITMENT INC. is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join our dynamic team. What you'll be doing

• Answering incoming customer calls and addressing enquiries professionally and efficiently
• Providing accurate information about products and services to customers
• Resolving customer issues and complaints with patience and empathy
• Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records in the system
• Following company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service quality
• Meeting or exceeding call handling time targets and customer satisfaction benchmarks
• Escalating complex issues to supervisors or specialist teams when necessary
• Participating in training sessions and continuous development programmes to enhance skills
• Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting colleagues when needed

What we're looking for

• No prior call centre or customer service experience required; we welcome newbies and first-time job seekers
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Excellent communication skills with clear pronunciation and professional telephone manner
• Strong listening abilities and genuine interest in helping customers
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Patience, empathy and problem-solving mindset
• Reliability and commitment to maintaining consistent attendance
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software systems quickly
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays as required
• Positive attitude and willingness to receive feedback and improve continuously
