Responsibilities

• Handle outgoing calls with enthusiasm, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Assist customers in resolving issues efficiently through active listening and clear communication.
• Conduct data entry accurately to record customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback.
• Promote additional products or services through effective upselling techniques tailored to customer needs.
• Maintain professional phone etiquette at all times, ensuring a positive caller experience.
• Analyze customer concerns to identify patterns or opportunities for process improvements.
• Manage multilingual conversations seamlessly in both Spanish and English to serve a broader audience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a call centre or customer service environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Demonstrated ability to handle phone interactions professionally while maintaining a friendly tone.
• Excellent communication skills combined with active listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to analyze customer needs quickly and suggest appropriate solutions or upselling opportunities.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts as needed to support operational hours.

Monday - Friday, 10am - 5pm
