Duties & Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients and introduce them to our medical insurance products
• Build relationships and understand customers’ needs
• Handle calls with energy and professionalism
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets
• Follow up on leads and maintain strong client relationships.

What We're Looking For

• Previous telesales or sales experience (bonus if in insurance, motor, or warranty sales)
• Matric certificate / NQF Lvl 4
• Confident communication and closing skills
• A go-getter attitude with resilience and drive
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
