Call Centre Agent

Job Summary

• Salary: S$2,600 per month
• Working location: Ubi
• Working days: Monday to Friday
• Working hours: 8.15am to 6.00pm
• Contract duration: 6 months (Extendable )

Job Description

• Handle incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Understand customers’ needs and provide accurate assistance
• Attend to enquiries regarding services, accounts and general information
• Provide suitable solutions according to company procedures
• Record customer interactions and follow-up details accurately
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and communication
• Perform other customer service-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Higher nitec & Above
• Prior experince in Call Centre will be advantageous
• Open to support working on Saturday once per month
• Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred
