RecruitFirst Hiring! You will be outsourced/ deployed to:
Location: Greenwich Drive
Pay: $2600 + shift allowance
Duration: Immediate – 1 year
Working Hours: 5 days incl. weekends, Shift A: 7.00am- 4.45pm, Shift B: 10.00am- 7.45pm, Shift C: 2.15pm- 12.00am + $9/shift allw, Shift D: 11.00pm- 8.45am + $12/shift allw
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound phone calls and email enquiries
- Provide follow-up and accurately log call details into the system
Requirements:
- Prior customer service or call centre experience required
- Need to be available for night shifts as shift timings are rostered monthly
