About us: Cathay Global is a China–Africa trade, investment & strategic consulting platform headquartered at Woodlands Office Park, 20 Woodlands Dr, Sandton (Woodmead business district). Website: cathayglobal.co.za
Location: On-site, Johannesburg, Sandton
Requirements: South African citizen, fluent spoken Mandarin (able to take calls and communicate verbally with Chinese clients; no HSK certificate required)
Role: Call center agent – bilingual inbound/outbound calls + client records
Shifts: South African time, details discussed in interview
Salary: Negotiable
