Working Hours: 5 days a week, 7.45am - 5.30pm/8.15am - 6.00pm
Duties:
- Handle inbound phone calls and email enquiries
- Provide follow-up and accurately log call details into the system
Requirements:
Minimum O levels/Higher Nitec
