Job Summary We are looking for a high-energy, fluent Bilingual Call Centre Agent to join a fast-paced team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse customer base, bridging communication gaps and ensuring every interaction is seamless. This is a critical position for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes pride in solving problems with clarity and empathy in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency
• Provide accurate information and support to customers in both English and Spanish
• Document customer interactions and updates within the internal tracking system
• Resolve customer inquiries and escalations while maintaining a high level of satisfaction
• Collaborate with the wider team to improve service delivery and internal processes

Requirements

• Native or near-native fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Proven experience in a call centre, customer service, or client-facing role
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
• Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-moving environment
