Location: Colchester, Essex
Hours: 40 hours per week ( shift pattern)

• Sunday to Thursday 9 AM - 6 PM OR
• Tuesday - Saturday: 9 AM - 6 PM OR
• Monday - Friday: 11 AM - 8 PM (1 in 3 Saturdays, with a day off in lieu).

Salary: £25,000 - £26,500 + uncapped commission

We are looking for dynamic, customer-focused individuals to join our Concierge Team in Colchester. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy engaging with clients, and have a passion for property, this role could be perfect for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, web chats, and emails.
• Registering client details and coordinating with in-branch teams for property viewings.
• Scheduling property valuations.
• Handling administrative tasks, including data input and support for our branch network.
• Working collaboratively with your team to maintain exceptional customer service and achieve performance targets.
