Job Description – Call Centre Representative

Department: Call Centre

Location: Islamabad / Rawalpindi

Job Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.

• Schedule patient appointments and diagnostic tests.

• Provide information about hospital services, laboratory tests, radiology services, timings.

• Respond to patient inquiries regarding appointments, reports, and available services.

• Coordinate with reception, laboratory, radiology, and other relevant departments.

• Maintain call logs, patient information, and follow-up records.

• Handle patient complaints and forward complex issues to the concerned department.

• Follow up with patients regarding appointments and diagnostic services.

• Maintain patient confidentiality and professional communication standards.

Requirements

• Experience: 1-2 years experience from a call Centre of Diagnostic Centre or Hospital.

• Mandatory: Candidates with experience of call Centre from Diagnostic Centre or Hospital will only be entertained.

• Location Preference: Candidates residing in Islamabad and Rawalpindi will be preferred.

• Good verbal communication and telephone handling skills.

• Basic computer skills and accurate record-keeping.

• Professional attitude, patience, and a patient-focused approach.

Pay: Up to Rs40,000.00 per month
